Founded in 1906, Sporting CP is the biggest sports club in Portugal. It's famous for a string of successful teams in various sports, and has nurtured many Olympic champions. Based in Lisbon, Sporting CP are one of the "Big Three" Portuguese clubs to never leave the top tier since 1934.
